What’s a sidewall semi trailer ?
The sidewall semi-trailer is a new type of semi-trailer dump truck in China in recent years. Working principle of sidewall semi-trailer
The structural design principle of the sidewall semi-trailer is to equip the bottom of the car with multiple lifting structures. During operation, all hydraulic cylinders act on the bottom support of the car together to flip the box to both sides for cargo tilting. By changing the flip pins connecting the two sides of the bottom of the box, the box can be tipped to both sides for unloading. This lifting structure has a very good working effect for semi-trailers with longer car bodies.
The control factors for unloading a sidewall semi-trailer should be as follows :
1. Users cannot adjust the overflow pressure of the overflow valve of the hydraulic system at will to avoid overloading;
2. The vehicle should be parked on a solid and flat road to avoid height difference between the left and right tires;
3. Users cannot install the rear box plate locking mechanism at will;
4. The unloading site must be inspected to understand the actual situation. For vehicles equipped with the rear box plate locking mechanism, special attention must be paid to release it before unloading;
5. When you feel that there is a rollover phenomenon, do not panic, and do not switch the control valve to the car body lowering position, because the car body falls by its own weight, and such operation will create greater danger.
